MCP TypeScript SDK 2.2.0 ships auto-paginated list calls (listTools/listPrompts/listResources follow nextCursor until done, capped by listMaxPages), tightens machine-to-machine OAuth by requiring expectedIssuer on ClientCredentials/PrivateKeyJwt/CrossAppAccess providers, and adds AuthorizationServerMismatchError so fetchToken() fails fast when client info is bound to a different auth server. Includes CJS type fixes and various server/handler fixes.
