Anthropic Python SDK 1.14.0 adds built-in OpenTelemetry tracing for API calls, streaming, and tool runs, plus Managed Agents execution_identity, telemetry destination endpoints in the Admin API, and streaming robustness fixes (dropped-stream cleanup, unknown event pass-through, pre-message_start event handling).
