The OpenAI Python SDK 3.23.0 ships several agent-focused features: typed answers from session streams, staging files and downloading turn artifacts, exposing typed application actions as agent tools, collecting final output from beta Agents streams, plus new session traces and Realtime translations endpoints. Also fixes response reconnect behavior and the eval run cancellation endpoint.
